Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days.
Upon shipping, you will receive an email notification and be able to track your order once it has been received by the local carrier. An adult must be present at the time of delivery to sign.

USA: 7-14 business days after processing
DISCLAIMER: Longer processing times and shipping delays are currently being experienced due to international restrictions. Delays are as follows:

Canada: 7-25 business days after processing
Australia: 10 - 15 business days after processing
Most of Europe: 7-14 business days after processing
Rest of the World: 15-30 business days after processing

Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order.
Note:
1) Shipping time does not include the 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) You will be informed if an item in your order is unavailable for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
3) If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
4) Shipping times are estimated and might take longer during peak seasons or due to an incorrect address.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us through our contact form and include your new shipping address. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

Lost/Missing Packages
We are not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout procedure. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before submitting your purchase. If we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no cost.
Customs
Once the products are shipped, we are not liable for any customs costs. By ordering our items, you consent that one or more packages delivered to you and to pay customs taxes when they reach your country.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
Items in the same transaction may be shipped in different packages for logistical reasons, even if you have requested combined shipping.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
